Ruby cheesecake

Most often, we present cheesecakes with liquid, red jam on top. But at Qand, we always strive for perfection, and we decided to replace jam containing a lot of sugar with ice cream, which contains less sugar. Ruby cheesecake is new approach to the classic dessert that we offer.
