In 2018, chocolate-covered dates began to gain popularity in Tashkent. This inspired Qand to create its own product with dates. There was a question about choosing a variety of dates so that they could create the right flavor tandem with chocolate. We conducted a series of experiments and chose the perfect variety that emphasized the taste of chocolate and allowed us to create a new unique flavor combination.
