Dinner in the subway— a first in Uzbekistan’s history.

Together with the Butterdinnerclub team, we opened the doors to a place where journeys begin — but stories are rarely told:
right in the heart of the Tashkent Metro.

That evening, guests witnessed the premiere of a short film about the metro’s construction, heard stories firsthand from Alisher Navoi station architect Yashnar Mansurov and others.

The event ended with an interactive dinner where every course told part of the route — and a tasting of Qand’s Metro chocolate, a flavor infused with the pulse of city life.
