After we spent a year and a half creating the perfect ice cream, we had the opportunity to experiment with ice cream flavors. At the beginning of 2023, we realized that we were ready to launch ice cream for the upcoming summer and decided to implement the idea of creating cold versions of our sweets. Ice mocca is a cold interpretation of the already familiar taste of “mocca” candies.
