At this point, we encountered problems in the supply of the raw materials we needed. We could not use the raw materials available on our market at that time, as they did not meet our requirements. During this crisis, the demand for our product “truffles” was especially high, for which, among other things, the necessary raw materials were not enough.
However, we found a way out of this situation by deciding to create “white truffles”. Unexpectedly even for us, the product turned out to be perfect. Our consumers liked it and were delighted with the new taste of Qand.
